Itametais manufactures complete lances and lance tips for industrial applications. Components can include internal water cooling and are developed in copper with steel to the customer’s drawing or specification, integrating casting, machining and special welding.

The family includes complete lances, tips and lance nozzles developed for oxygen-injection and conveying systems. Configuration, interfaces and mounting points are defined from the drawing and application.
Each component is specified according to its intended function in the blast furnace, electric furnace or metallurgical process, subject to technical assessment of the equipment.
Internal water cooling
Lances and tips can include internal circuits for water circulation, with inlets, outlets and passages arranged according to the project. The circuit is defined together with the interfaces and installation conditions provided by the customer.
Casting, machining, welding and testing
Manufacturing in copper with steel combines casting, machining and special welding according to the component scope. Integrated processes prepare surfaces, connections and functional areas from the drawing.
Leak-tightness and pressure tests are performed according to the contracted requirements, without anticipating values or criteria that depend on the project.
