Itametais manufactures clamps, jaws, electrode holders, copper heads and associated components to the customer's drawing. Production can use copper, steel or combinations of materials, with casting, machining, special welding and internal water cooling when applicable.

The product line includes industrial clamps and jaws, electrode holders, copper heads and associated components developed for the equipment configuration.
Copper-zinc plates may form part of the related configuration in the same family, according to the drawing and interfaces of the assembly.
Copper, steel, casting and machining
Manufacturing uses copper, steel or combinations of materials according to the project. Casting and machining are integrated to prepare bodies, jaws, surfaces and interfaces.
Special welding can be included when provided for in the drawing and component configuration.
Internal cooling and testing
Some components include internal water cooling. The circuit and its connections are defined according to the drawing and the equipment installation conditions.
For cooled components, leak-tightness and pressure tests may be performed according to the requirements defined for the project.
