Custom copper and bronze bars
Industrial bar stock cast to drawing in the copper or bronze alloy specified for each project.
Itametais manufactures solid and hollow or tubular copper and bronze bars by conventional or centrifugal casting. Bars can be supplied as cast or machined, in lengths up to 1000 mm and to customer-specified dimensions.
01 / 01Solid or hollow to suit the application
Copper and bronze bars are made in solid or hollow/tubular form to the customer’s drawing and dimensions. The alloy follows the project’s technical specification.
Manufacture can use conventional or centrifugal casting. The maximum supplied length is 1000 mm.
From casting to machined stock
Bars can be supplied as cast or machined, depending on the requested stage of production. Integrated casting and machining prepare the material for the operations specified in the customer’s drawing.
Stock for parts made to drawing
Copper and bronze bars can be used to make bushings, bearings, rings, wear components and other machined parts. Geometry and supply condition are defined for the intended application.
