Itametais manufactures copper plates to the customer’s drawing, dimensions and application. The process can use conventional casting or permanent-mold casting, with pre-machined or machined supply.

The plates are manufactured to the customer’s drawing and dimensions, using conventional or permanent-mold casting according to the part and application requirements.
The specification may call for electrolytic copper, pure copper or copper alloys, according to the technical requirements provided for the project.
Pre-machined or machined supply
Supply can be pre-machined or machined. Integrating engineering, casting and machining organizes the manufacturing sequence from the drawing and the component interfaces.
